Oakheart Grove Retreat 2026:
May 1-3

Join us for Oakheart’s third annual retreat— COASTAL EDITION! We'll have workshops, feasting, mead, eisteddfod, ritual, beach time, and more!

May 1 (4pm) until May 3 (11am)

We are renting a house in Waldport, so your registration includes lodging only. Please bring a dish to share on Friday and Saturday for potluck/family style lunch & dinners. (We will start a spreadsheet on our Discord for dish coordination!) Light breakfast will be served on Saturday and Sunday (muffins, danishes, fruit, coffee, tea, etc).

Here is the link to the VRBO we are renting— if you’d prefer a private cottage of your own, there are some available, they’re listed on the VRBO page. Since this is our first year at this property, I can’t really answer a ton of questions about the property/layout/etc, we’ll have to figure everything out when we get there.

FRIDAY:

4pm: Welcome/ Doors Open

5:30pm: Gather around the fire & set intention for the weekend; short ritual to ground

6:30 - 7:30pm: Potluck dinner

8pm-9pm: More fire, Bardic eisteddfod, and s’mores :)

SATURDAY:

All Day: Crafts - Create a God’s Eye

7 - 8am: Yoga Lite with James

8 - 9:30am: Continental Breakfast Hours

10 - 11am: Rook’s workshop: Living Devotion

11 - 11:45am: Beach walk (weather permitting); for those who are not able/wanting to walk, Lizzy will be staying behind and playing with runes

12 - 1pm: Potluck lunch

1 - 2pm: Craft & reading time

2 - 3pm: Lizzy’s workshop

3 - 3:50pm - Free time

4 - 5pm: TBD Workshop

5 - 6pm: Free/social time

6 - 7pm: Potluck dinner

8pm: Beltane ritual & initiations

SUNDAY:

8 - 9:30am: Breakfast and Goodbyes

9:30 - 11am: Cleanup and Vacate - Stay if you can help cleanup the site!
